LEIBISH PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS, IMAGES AND PRICING

Italian Luxury Group and LEIBISH make every reasonable effort to ensure that LEIBISH diamonds, gemstones and jewellery displayed on the Italian Luxury Group website are described, photographed and priced as accurately as possible.

Product descriptions

Each LEIBISH product page may include:

• a written product description;

• technical specifications;

• photographs;

• video content;

• diamond or gemstone characteristics;

• details of the metal and setting; and

• available laboratory reports, certificates or appraisal documentation.

Customers should review all product information carefully before placing an order.

Where a particular characteristic is important to the purchase, customers should contact Italian Luxury Group before ordering to obtain confirmation.

Product images and videos

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant product page, images and videos supplied for an individually identified diamond, gemstone or unique jewellery item are intended to show the actual item offered for sale.

For jewellery settings, made-to-order pieces, Design Your Own products or items offered in different metals, stone sizes or configurations, some images or videos may be representative of the design rather than the exact finished item that will be supplied.

Where an image is representative, the final item may vary in appearance due to differences including:

• the dimensions, shape and proportions of the selected stone;

• natural variations in diamonds and gemstones;

• carat weight;

• ring size;

• metal type and colour;

• setting proportions;

• handmade finishing; and

• lighting and photography conditions.

The written product specifications and confirmed order details take precedence over general illustrative content where a difference arises.

Colour and screen display

The appearance of diamonds, coloured gemstones, precious metals and jewellery may vary depending on:

• screen calibration;

• monitor or mobile-device settings;

• display brightness;

• ambient lighting;

• photography lighting;

• camera settings; and

• reflections from the surrounding environment.

Italian Luxury Group and LEIBISH cannot guarantee that colours, tones, textures, brilliance or surface details displayed on a customer’s device will appear exactly the same as the physical item.

This does not limit any applicable consumer rights where a product materially differs from its description or from representations made before purchase.

Natural variations

Diamonds and gemstones are natural materials and may contain variations in colour, clarity, inclusions, pattern, transparency and other natural characteristics.

Such variations are not necessarily defects and may form part of the individual character of the stone.

The characteristics stated in any applicable independent laboratory report or product specification should be considered together with the images and description.

Certificates and laboratory reports

Where a laboratory grading report or certificate is included with an item, this will generally be identified on the relevant product page or order documentation.

Not every LEIBISH product is supplied with an independent laboratory report.

Where a report is available separately or can be requested, additional charges or processing time may apply unless otherwise stated.

Customers requiring a particular laboratory report should confirm its availability with Italian Luxury Group before purchasing.

Accuracy of information

Italian Luxury Group and LEIBISH regularly update product information and take reasonable steps to ensure that descriptions, specifications, availability and prices are complete and accurate.

However, typographical, administrative, technical, feed, currency-conversion or system errors may occasionally occur.

If an error is identified, Italian Luxury Group may:

• correct the information;

• contact the customer to clarify the order;

• provide the customer with the corrected price or product information;

• offer a suitable alternative where appropriate; or

• cancel and refund the affected order where the error is material and cancellation is permitted by applicable law.

No additional amount will be charged without the customer’s express approval.

If an affected order is cancelled, all amounts paid for that item will be refunded using the original payment method, subject to the payment provider’s processing times.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Obvious pricing errors

Italian Luxury Group reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, not to fulfil an order where the displayed price is the result of an obvious and genuine pricing, currency, data-feed or technical error.

Where practicable, the customer will be contacted promptly and given the opportunity to proceed at the correct price.

If the customer does not wish to proceed, or if the order cannot lawfully or practically be fulfilled, the transaction will be cancelled and refunded in full.

This provision does not permit Italian Luxury Group to advertise misleading prices or to avoid an order merely because the price later becomes commercially inconvenient.

Design Your Own products

For Design Your Own products, the price displayed for a jewellery setting is generally the price of the semi-mount or setting only, unless the product page expressly states otherwise.

The setting price may include, where applicable:

• the precious metal;

• side diamonds or gemstones;

• findings;

• a chain;

• setting work; and

• manufacturing labour.

The centre diamond or centre gemstone is not included unless it is expressly identified as included in the displayed price or order summary.

The final price will depend on the selected:

• centre stone;

• stone dimensions;

• metal;

• ring size;

• setting;

• side stones;

• customisation; and

• any additional services.

The complete order price will be shown or confirmed before payment or before the customer approves any additional charge.

Prices and availability

Prices and product availability may change before an order is accepted and confirmed.

Once an order has been accepted, Italian Luxury Group will not increase the agreed price unless:

• the customer requests a change or customisation;

• an additional product or service is approved by the customer; or

• a genuine error is identified and handled in accordance with the section above.

Products are subject to availability. Certain diamonds, gemstones and jewellery pieces may be unique and may be sold through more than one authorised sales channel.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Italian Luxury Group will contact the customer and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:

• a full refund;

• a comparable alternative, subject to customer approval; or

• another agreed solution.
